Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you create an account, contact us, submit information through the Services, or otherwise interact with PharKeep.

This may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Account information
  • Communications you send to us
  • Information you voluntarily enter or save within the Services

Information From Google Sign-In

PharKeep may allow you to create an account or sign in using your Google Account.

When you choose Sign in with Google, Google may provide PharKeep with basic account information authorized by you, such as:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your Google Account profile picture
  • A unique identifier associated with your Google Account

Important: PharKeep does not receive or store your Google Account password.

Unless clearly disclosed to you and separately authorized by you, PharKeep does not use Google Sign-In to access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar events, Google Contacts, or other private Google service data.

2. How We Use Google User Data

Information obtained through Google Sign-In is used only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Authenticate your identity
  • Create and maintain your PharKeep account
  • Allow you to securely sign in to the Services
  • Associate your account with your saved preferences or content
  • Maintain account security
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
  • Provide support related to your PharKeep account

We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to create advertising profiles or provide personalized advertisements.

If PharKeep adds features in the future that require access to additional Google Account information, we will request the appropriate permissions and update this Privacy Policy as necessary.

3. Google API Services

PharKeep's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

We request only the Google permissions reasonably necessary to provide the functionality selected by the user.

4. Other Information Collected Automatically

When you use PharKeep, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address
  • Browser type
  • Device type
  • Operating system
  • Date and time of access
  • Pages or features accessed
  • General usage and diagnostic information

This information may be used to operate the Services, troubleshoot problems, improve performance, protect the security of the Services, and better understand how PharKeep is used.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

PharKeep may use cookies, browser storage, session identifiers, or similar technologies that are necessary to:

  • Keep users signed in
  • Maintain authentication sessions
  • Remember user preferences
  • Protect account security
  • Maintain and improve the performance of the Services

Where required by applicable law, additional consent will be obtained before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information in limited circumstances, including:

Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate, host, maintain, secure, authenticate, or support the Services. These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and subject to applicable contractual and privacy obligations.

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of PharKeep, our users, or others
  • Investigate fraud, security incidents, or misuse of the Services
  • Enforce applicable agreements or policies

Business Transfers

If PharKeep is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining account security, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.

Account-related information may be retained while your account remains active.

When an account is deleted, associated personal information will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or other legitimate purposes.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your PharKeep account and associated personal information by contacting us at privacy@pharkeep.com.

Please use the subject line “PharKeep Account Deletion Request.”

We may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.

Deleting your PharKeep account does not automatically delete your Google Account.

You may also revoke PharKeep's access to your Google Account through the security or third-party connection settings within your Google Account. Revoking Google access prevents future authentication through that connection but may not automatically delete information already associated with your PharKeep account. You may separately request deletion of that information as described above.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we maintain about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of personal information
  • Request information about how personal information is used or disclosed
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

PharKeep will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable law.

To submit a privacy request, contact privacy@pharkeep.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing a request.

11. California Privacy

California residents may have additional rights regarding their personal information under applicable California privacy laws.

PharKeep does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

PharKeep does not use information obtained through Google Sign-In for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents may contact us using the information provided below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information.

12. Children's Privacy

PharKeep is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Healthcare Information

PharKeep may provide healthcare, medication, pharmacy, or clinical educational information. Unless PharKeep specifically identifies a feature as intended for the secure collection of protected health information, users should not submit patient-identifiable information, protected health information, or other sensitive medical information through general website forms or account features.

Use of PharKeep does not by itself create a healthcare provider-patient relationship.

14. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services, including Google.

Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. PharKeep is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that we do not control.

Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

15. International Users

If you access PharKeep from outside the United States, your information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Privacy and data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws in your country of residence.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, technologies, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services when appropriate.

Your continued use of PharKeep after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to the revised policy.
